Streetstylestore.com — Non delivery of product till 21 days. (prepaid) | |||||
I ordered a combo of three footwears worth rs. 999/- on 4th april, 2016 from http://streetstylestore.com/ & paid through my debit card. No tracking number or any other mail or message was sent to me except this one (See attachment). They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not deliverd the product yet. Adding to the problems they have not provided any contact number or way except an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com. And when i call on the number which is shown on their website, it comes to be a hospital's number. I mailed them thrice about the same, getting no informative response ( see attachments). I asked them about my product and same day i got a mail from them say the order was cancelled. I have even mailed and tried canceling the order, but they do not give me any sort of information about the same. Also, i have not been refunded the amount paid by me which is rs. 999/-. I would like to tell you that your order#635842 is ready for dispatch and your order will be dispatched within 3-4 working days.
I would request you to please remove the attachments so that no unwanted person can have an access to them.
