study material — not received my study material

Dear sir /mam
I am janvee sharma. I have registered for cs foundation on september 2017 but i have not received my study material yet. The study material was dispatched on 17 october but not received yet. So please send my study material as soon as possible. I hope you will understand my problem and solve this.
