Styched.com — Fraud - Order not received since 5 months

My order number is APP44858.

The order was made on 17th January 2022 and I have not received my order after 5 months. Whenever, raised a ticket against order not received, Nehal pasha from their customer care asks to wait for another 15 days. and this has gone to loop since past 5 months. There is no way to connect their customer care over the phone as the number given is not operational.

I have even requested for cancellation of my order but they say that my order is already created. If that is the case why is it not delivered yet.

I think we need to take an action collectively and file a case against them.
