I have brought sofa (Frenzy 3 Lounger Fabric) in Dec 2018. The seating cushion (two seats) have softened and lost its firmness/plumpness after just six months o[censored]se. Otherwise, the sofa is fine. I hope, I was not provided the defective sofa . The same was brought to the
notice of your authorized retailer by visit and even to your company through online messaging interface on your website and email. Later I found that the outlet has either relocated or ceased their opera on and
hence I lost touch with the Store Manager who then had verbally agreed to get the necessary rectification/repair done. And I did not get any response from your end as well.
It is more than 5 years since I brought the Sofa and I have not been able to make good use of sofa. Being temporarily posted outstation and pandemic, I could not follow up with your company regularly. The sofa
now is partly unusable and has become a liability. This purchase has really disappointed me. Request you to look into the matter and get the needful repair/replacement done at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
