In respect of the above stated reference, i have to state that i have purchased an hp 32gb pen drive of rs.390 and the same has been received also on 17/06/2016 but does not work properly. Therefore i would like to return the same but unable to return from the website and even from phone.
Hence, kindly provide us the return and refund procedure and if possible kindly replace the same with proper one. Copy of the shipment receipt is enclosed herewith.
