I want to say solar is not appropriate work i.e. autocut.

SO IT WOULD BE GREAT FOR ME IF YOU COULD BE TAKEN AN ACTION ON IT BY SENDING A ENGINEER TO CHECK.

We are writing on the behalf of Golden Institute of Technology Pvt.Ltd. We have purchased an Inverter Sukam +1100VA/12vde SinWare HUPS dated on 02/12/2018.
S.No :- 501C[protected]
We are now facing trouble . the product oftenly goes power off as the electricity goes. It is not backing up . So kindly guide us how to get rid on this issue.
