This has happened with my 2 years old son. He was having dysentery for 2 days so after contacting with the doctor i took his stool for routine check up in the suburban diagnostics in mahavirnagar branch in kandivli west on 18 july 2017 in morning at 9 i clock. After making the payments i was assured by the team in that branch that i would get the report before five in the evening the same day. But when i went to the center to collect the reports they informed me that the test has not yet been done. When asked how long will it take, i understood that the sample was at the same place where it was kept in morning and it was not sent to the lab for testing. When asked about the issue they told me that they will have the sample processed in half an hour and then will get the reports. So now i am not sure what to think about the centre.. The staff has not done it job in the first place and they were going to give me the wrong reports of the test. Now who is responsible for this careless behavior which can cause so many issues.
