[Resolved] Success Domain — Canada job promised against payment, not fulfilled | |||
This is really sorry state of affairs for Success Domain. I placed my complaint for not fulfilling of contract by Success Domain in Feb, 2016. I registered with this agency on 21st Jan 2015 by paying Rs. 30, 000/- with terms that Success Domain will arrange employment and process VISA for Canada within an year time. That didn't happen. I raised complaint on this portal around in Feb, 2016. Ms Ananya called me up and committed to fulfill contract by either completing my Canada immigration process within next 45 days or arranging refund of Rs. 30, 000/-. I took my complaint back on 17th March. Today its more than 2 months since above commitment was made over phone, still no update from their side. These days my calls too are going unanswered by them, which seems quite obvious as they don't have resolution to my case. I am urging Success Domain to arrange refund of Rs 30, 000 as it doesn't seem that they can close my immigration process positively. Nishant Vaidya [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Please note I want this refund by Cheque/Demand Draft/Online transfer. No Paytm, entering transaction ID at ATM or anything else. Only one from above 3.

Today, on 30th June 2016, I received call from Ms. Sneha and Ms. Ananya confirming refund of Rs. 30, 000/- paid as registration fees towards Canada Immigration and job process.
As request for refund was given on 26th May, 2016, they have confirmed registration fees would be refunded to me within 45 working days after 26th May, 2016. Attached is screenshot of mail confirmation received from them.
Hopefully, will receive this refund within the specified timeline and there wouldn't be any further discomforts for me and between me and agency.
