[Resolved] Success Domain — Canadian job/visa promised, not fulfilled | |||
I enrolled with SuccessDomain, ITL Twin Tower, Netaji subhash place, Pitampura, Delhi, India - 110034 on 21st Jan, 2015 with commitment from agency and agency's HR partner Ms. Sneha Sharma that I will be offered job in and VISA for Canada within 6-9 months. Today is 22nd Feb, 2016, more than a year and neither is offer letter nor VISA yet issued to me. Whenever I try to get in touch with Ms. Sneha Sharma, I am either informed she will call back, or she or her supervisor or colleague will ask for another few set of documents to proceed further. It's highly unbelievable that even after an year, consultancy is still not sure about entire set of documents required to process my case succesfully. I even submitted my Canadian Express Entry candidate number with them, basis which, if they help me to secure an LMIA approved job, my case will be succesfully closed. However, even on these grounds I have not experienced any positive movement. I had paid Rs. 30, 000/- INR as registration fees with clause that if agency fails to issue me Canadian VISA and job in Canada, they will refund me Rs. 30, 000/-. Feb 24, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I had a word with Ms. Ananya today and she has assured to provide me final status upon my case latest by 10th March, 2016.
On above date I would be informed whether she can successfully arrange my Canada movement or not within short period(without waiting for another 6-8 months). If not, original passport and registration fees would be refunded by Success Domain to me.
On this note I would be withdrawing this complaint. Success Domain customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I have received call from Ms. Ananya from Success Domain and she has assured refund of Rs. 30, 000/- and return of original passport. This would mean that Success Domain has assured to keep their part of deal:
1. By either providing me with Canadian Job and VISA OR
2. Provide refund and return of Passport.
Agreed, Ms. Ananya was concerned about spoilage occurring to their organization's name on account of this complaint, however, she should had also given an eye to candidate's time, money, future plans and dreams getting invested. I have waited for 1 year and 1 month, on the grounds of assurance of maximum 9 months of wait time.
Still, basis confirmation received from Ms. Ananya about refund of money and return of original Passport within next 21 days, I would withdraw this complaint once both are received.
