Sudarshan Silk — cheating on delivery status and bad quality sarees.

Hi i am Ms Puvana from Malaysia here. I had made 2 orders with them : 1) order no #[protected] cheated on the no tax and duty . Where i had to go to my custom here to pay the tax which was almost the same as the price of the saree. And to make things worse. the saree was damaged. So when i emailed to Mr Sundar he was not helping. He was only saying the return the saree we will refund after deducting all the delivery charges. Which was a waste of money for me. 2) Order No #[protected] This was suppose to be a gift to my friend in Kerala. Not delivered till now . It have been 12 days. And the delivery just put a status update on waiting for the consignee to pick up. But i did pay for the delivery charges when i ordered. And i did ask my friend it seems no one came in attempt to deliver too. When i emailed Mr Sundar, He dint bother to reply me properly too. They are not bothered about the customer or the quality of their service. They only care on the cash they receive. Very Very bad service.
