Wanted to raise a serious concern on our travel experience with Sugama travels
Background on what happened : we had booking on 23rd Apr from Adoni to Bangalore.
We were waiting at the designated place opp RT C bus stand main road in Adoni at 10 :30 PM was accompanied with my brother who came to see me and my family off.
Driver or cleaner gave us a call and asked us to come to bypass road as they were facing some difficulties in getting inside the town, I have no idea what was he facing.
He started not receiving our calls and we were panic with 4 year kid with us and we gave a call Sugama travels service desk and service desk spoke to the driver and told that they will pick us in 10 mins.
The moment they reached my brother started asking some questions for that they started talking rudely to him, till then I was silent.but these guys crossed there limit and said "you build your own road" and then he added something in local language which I will translate in English he said "if you speak like this people will spit on you"
This is not at all acceptable and this was only because we asked some questions.customers can't even ask question
I was furious when I heard that and started shouting on the driver but I calm down as I didn't want to disturb other passengers and my family who were worried.
I would have got down from the bus but only reason I didn't do that is my family and 4 year old daughter.
Wanted to bring this to your notice as this is the not the service we expect after paying the money.
I understand for Sugama travels this is not big issue but for us middle class and common people it's a big issue.
