Dear Sir,
I am Advocate Shubha Deshpande. I am right now traveling with Sugama Travels Bus No. KA 51 AA 9177. I had booked Seat No. L1. This seat is filled with big tiny cockroaches in and around the seat, windows, curtains and in all corners. There are just so many cockroaches here. I have images I want to share with you. This is the dirtiest bus I have even been in.
I asked the driver to change my seat at least but since everything is fully booked they could not accommodate my request. I will have to sit all night and not get good night's sleep due to this issue. Why is this bus in such an unfit condition? The customers paying for this have the basic expectation that cleanliness would be maintained.
I am extremely enraged by this unprofessional behaviour and Sugama travels needs to take care of the upkeep of their buses.
Moreover another complain that causes great inconvenience was that I had selected Rajajinagar Metro Station as my pick up point and when I was there on time waiting for the bus for almost half and hour, I get a call fr the driver that the bus will come only to yeshwantpur. Why was this not informed to me before?
All of these events have caused great mental agony and I demand from you an entire refund of Rs. 1627.50 paid for this journey from Bangalore to Belgaum. I booked the ticket through redbus app where I have written a similar complaint.
If my request is not taken seriously, I will be forced to initiate legal action against your bus company.
Please do the needful and at least refund my amount.
