Suhagiya Air Voice Management — They are fraud as per our project

I read this before but never thought that deepakparmar2031 was right about Sandip Suhagiya group. When we paid the upfront fee we received an email from unknow person saying that :- '' don't waste ur time n money in suhagiya company because we already waste my money n time both n don't get any thing... from, kolkata '' we thought he was just some annoying person who may failed in his project data delivery with Sandip and we did told Sandip about him and he said if some one did not meet his target how we can pay etc etc. we continued with Sandip, go for the training with Ritesh Shankar in three training session where third session was delayed too much. Now lets talk about the project. the project is Tiff to Excel and center will receive the data in Tiff, jpeg or PDF format where there are records center needs to type them in excel sheet in their specific format (contains different spaces for different fields etc) which was explained to us by Ritesh (the trainer). In the training session we also find out that there are several calculations included too which were never discussed or told us in the beginning when we were discussing the details of the project with Sandip on Skype. Also at the end of the training session, Ritesh told us that online search is also included which is to search property tax according to the city and state given in each record. This is totally out of scope of the project named Tiff to excel which in beginning only looks like to type the data from the images we received (one slot starting from 35000, 45000 or 53000 records submit in 8 days). we argued with Ritesh that search online is not possible and never told us same as calculations. in the beginning he said it has to done then later during training he said no no don't worry for 35000 it is not necessary but still you have to do it offline from the excel file with city states and property taxes given to us. there is also a big confusion in starting and ending of each record which begins with ref# and end with ref# too. we send several examples to Ritesh and he himself got confused and give us the solution that whichever record for ref# is not clear just take the ref# part which is in the same line of first name, looks pretty strange answer if you just look at the records. Because we already paid the upfront fee, we have no choice but to go for it and believe me it is not easy to do 35000 in 8 days with all the strange formatting property tax search and add and all the calculations. In the beginning Sandip told us you will get advance payment if your demo is 100% and there is no records limit in demo to submit but 100% accuracy is required. same told us by Ritesh. when we submit 12000 records from 46000 demo records, they replied with many days DELAY that your demo is good with no mistakes and etc etc. but you did not complete the 30000 demo records so there is advance payment. We argued that this is not what you told but nothing happened. we get the actual live work of 53000 records shared via dropbox link (projects.[protected]@gmail.com) from which Sandip told us that only 35000 is required. we worked really hard and did submit the workload in 8th day. by mistake we send the wrong excel file contains simple mistakes which a center cannot possible to do if he did all the major hard work and just leave these simple mistakes. we send the correct file and did explain everything that wrong file even contains 600 extra records and compare both files you will not find any extra records or new records or records correction but just these obvious mistakes removed. Wrong file on Friday and correct file on Saturday. But Sandip did not accept saying it is not possible now. Now comes the SLA. It is clearly mention in SLA that live workload QC will be in 3 working days and payment will be on 10th day where next live workload will be on 11th day and if they fails to give next live workload on 11th day, they are bound to pay the one month payment to the center. We submitted the workload on[protected], (count the days people[protected] that here is the correct file, Sandip replied on[protected] that sorry. Then Sandip replied us on[protected] that your QC report will be shared online on[protected] @11:30pm IST. We were all day in the office and he did not came online. we send reminder @11:27pm on skype and @11:13PM, 12:13am & 1:05am by emails and there was dead silence from Sandip. Next he replied us on[protected]count the days) that he was busy in some personal work, hello in business where clauses are mentioned and you yourself follow them strictly, is this acceptable?????. he also said that i came online and you did not send me any update that we are online waiting for him which we actually did. We send him all the proves that we were waiting and then he kept silent because you cannot deny the email delivery reports stored on google servers. He send us the QC report on[protected] @ 5:59pm. QC report is postive or negative, Sandip failed to deliver the QC report in 3 days and workload after 3 days of workload submitted, breaks the clause 9 of the SLA. and again he is gone. in the end of the email Sandip wrote that:- """"As promised, you will get a one more chance of new workload, kindly check the report and get back if you have any queries or if anything showed wrong in the QC report"""". then there were many many emails from us to him, there was no reply from him, even for the next workload he promised. Sandip also told us that we will give you the client (steavecwilliams ) directly once you submit the first live workload but only one emial in the start where he said ok, once Ritesh told us training is finished we will sign the contract and then we never hear from him and was CC in all our correspondence from beginning. Steve williams disappear since then. Sandip mobile is off now and not answering our any calls seems he put our no's in black list or changed his no. As per last update from Sandip, Ritesh left them. We asked Ritesh about this and he did not confirm, then we request his support and assistance on this and he said he will assist but now even he is not replying. We spend our life savings we earned by Jobs we worked in past 8 years, we have office expenses, internet lines, employees salaries and now we are in financial trouble because we were totally relying on this project and they think that We are from Pakistan and cannot do anything and we will stay silent on this fraud. No way, i am looking for a lawyer who can took our case and register an FIR against all of them. I am even waiting for my friend to come back to India on holidays who is from Ahmadabad Gujarat and is in Duabi currently and will issue power of attorney on his name so he can also file an FIR against all of them. We have all the proves if some one thinks I wrote all this as fake, I have all their skype, emails and whatsapp correspondences saved from day one up to the latest. I also have all of their pictures too. we will try with any news channel in India if they bring our news which is not big but it is a fraud case between to countries where people genuinely good from both sides but frauds like this from any country side should not be let go that easily without bringing all this to social media so other people should be careful. Lets see what Sandip say here now, if he is not fraud as he claims here before, where is the SLA cluase 9 or where is the next workload as he promised, where is client, why the office is no more there, why the website is closed, why not replying on mobile anymore?. Provide us all the contact no's of Addbuddy llc in Ahmadabad and in colorado so we can present our case there too. Any one else thinks they are genuine, check with them one more time, and give us all the information about them if Sandip is still replying them or what projects they took from him which are genuine and he is still paying them.
