Hi, I recently purchased a saree on their website. As per the details for the saree it said that it was a soft silk kanjeeveram saree. The color and picture displayed in the site was also in silk, I also looked at the reviews and it all showed 4-5 star rating. However after delivery when I received the saree, it was completely different. It was a cheap polyester, silk blend saree which is not worth more than Rs700-800, Color is dull and it is absolutely not silk!!!.
I registered a customer complaint via email but got no response. There is no option of refund and what is informed is that you can choose another product but it will make no difference as all sarees on the website are shown differently.
This is a fraud site and is luring innocent people to buy something that is not worth it.
Get these fraudulent people and hold them responsible. I want my money back as well. Was this information helpful? |
