[Resolved] Sulekha. Com — Cheats

This company is a fraugulent company and has no ethics. sales representatives sell packages by sharing incorrect information and people at calll centre only try to arrange calls but no resolution. I had posted an add and their Representative Gaurav Malhotra for west delhi and Ritu said that the package is refundable and is area specific. But i found out it is zone specific. I asked for refund and they said its non refundable . They are big time cheats... Please never do any business with them. They have stopped Picking My phone as well.

poor response from people at sulekha.. your concerned department does not have a solution. and the so called manager who sold the package does not even respond to my calls. Anyways i have the calls recorded and going to consumer court as u guys are not at all serious about the business...
