They did not give any answer to you after taking money from you even after commit for service and clear refund policy. check consumer complaints on https://www.consumercomplaints.in/?search=sulekha for sulekha. Still they work on the same money making company instead of a good service provider. See my mail conversation with sulekha I didn't get answer of any mails. ____________________________________________________ Hi, I did not get reply from yourside as per Abhi said yesterday that he or other Jaya Mam will call till 12 noon on 6th july 2016 or 3 email reminder to downgrade my package. Pls. send me reply for that in reply this mail. I also check ur site's refund policy that noted that you (sulekha) will process refund process within 24 hours after receive intimation from client. Pls. process my account downgrade process and process my refund in 24 hours as per your commitment. This is my 4th mail for reminder.
