Sulekha — IFB Washing Machine Not Working Complaint raised on 3rd October 2015

I received 5 calls from reference from Sulekha to fix the washing machine issue on 3rd October. As nobody was ready to come that day evening for service, one Person named David fixed an Appointment the same day and told he is calling from Aadhiswar Yeshwantpur Service department then he came that night and checked the machine and he told some Power Sensor has gone. So he told currently he does not have stock and he would get it from Whitefield office, that day he took 200/- as booking advance and left. Yesterday that is 5th he came and not sure what he did as we were busy and did not check the work he was doing, after 30 min he told your machine is completely fine and suggested us not to work the machine for 45 min as he has fitted the power Sensor and it would take time to gel up with machine so dont switch on. He told it is completely fine and he collected 2400/- for the replacement. We too believed his words. He collected the money and left.. Then after 2 hrs we tried to switch on the machine it was not switching on and the machine was in the same condition as it was before.. Then we noticed that we were cheated and when we called his number 4 times it rang and 5th time it was switched off, from that time we are trying his mobile number we are not able to reach him. It is switched off. Today at the time of typing this email it is witched ON but no response, he is not attending the call. THE PERSON WHO YOU GUYS REFERRED WAS A FRAUD, I WENT TO AADHISHWAR SHOWROOM YESTERDAY NIGHT AND ENQUIRED THEY TOLD THEY DONT HAVE ANY TIE-UP WITH ANY AGENCY AND HOW COULD SULEKA PASS ON CUSTOMER COMPLAINT NUMBER TO THE FIELD EXECUTIVES OR BUSINESS PARTIES WHICH IS NOT VERIFIED FROM YOU GUYS. MY MONEY 2600/- IS WASHED AWAY AND WE NEED A SOLUTIONS FOR THIS. HE HAS GIVEN A FAKE BILL OF SOME SERVICE AGENCY : B R K ENTERPRISES (Mob: [protected]) @291, 4th D Cross, 17th Main, Near Coffee Day, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru - 560 003 SERVICE FRAUD WHO ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT: DAVID Mob : [protected] REALLY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PEOPLE AND SERVICE PERSON YOU HAVE SENT AND REFERED. I WOULD NEVER EVER TRY OR REFER SULEKHA FOR ME AND MY FRIENDS IN CASE OF ANY NEEDS. I HAVE A BILL WHAT HE HAS PRODUCED.
