A month back I had hired a household goods for wader M/s New Awadh Cargo service for transportation of household goods from Lucknow to Mumbai. He delivered the goods after lot of follow up after 21 days and in a damaged condition as well as one package is missing. Now from 30 days I am trying to contact him but unable to. Initially he responded but from last 20 days he has kept my no in black list. I have used your website to contact the service provider now I request you to help me to get my goods back and the claim for the dammage.
