[Resolved] Sulekha — Mobile service center | |||
We came to know through suleka.com that the nearby lenova mobile service center is at Vadapalani, Gurudev mobiles. We have handed over our mobile on 30th dec. They confirmed that they will deliver the same by 31st Dec. On 31st they confirmed that they will give it by 1st. On 1st they are saying that they don't have a person to do repair work. Why they have collected our mobile. Why they are postponing the work. Reason behind that is unknown. Moreover they are not giving any acknowledgement also. We have asked explanation for the same.They are asking us to collect our mobile back. This is not the right way of dealing the customer. Don't recommend this sort of service centers in future.We have missed so many business calls. We went there thrice by a car. Unnecessary waste of time.That vendor has to give compensation for all our losses. Was this information helpful? | |||
