thus showing everyone that we are doing good customer service...
But not providing any service...

Initially the marketing executive told (Gladson Raj) that i will give you 1500 GV..but now he is telling that it is only for people paying as single slot...and also talking in rude manner...( He told that If I asked you what is the evidence for that GV...) This is not correct kind of customer service...
Or the example of good marketing speech...
One time i told that you just cancel my business contract and return my money back...He replied that that is not possible and we will not cancel order and will not return money...
