your customer service team is copy and pasting the same answer for all the questions and complaints in these kind of forums...

thus showing everyone that we are doing good customer service...

But not providing any service...

I am sure that You also cannot resolve my complaint and cannot produce any result to me...

even though i am telling... My order id 112937...

Initially the marketing executive told (Gladson Raj) that i will give you 1500 GV..but now he is telling that it is only for people paying as single slot...and also talking in rude manner...( He told that If I asked you what is the evidence for that GV...) This is not correct kind of customer service...

Or the example of good marketing speech...

One time i told that you just cancel my business contract and return my money back...He replied that that is not possible and we will not cancel order and will not return money...

Your marketing executive (Gladson Raj) is speaking with double tongue...

First he promised that he will provide 1500 Gift voucher...but later he tells that it is not possible...

Then I compuled and he replied that what evidence you are having for that GV ... (No evidences you have provided)

At one point i told that you cancel my contract and return back my money...They are telling that this is also impossible...

My order id is 112937...I think that you also cannot resolve my complaint...becoz you are copy and pasting the same answer to all the complaints posted here...
