I received a not working laptop on 5sep2018, i raised a complaint on 6sep2018, u ppls took one week to take back the same on 14sep. And commited that refund amount will be credited on or before 24th sep 2018.
But still i didn't received my amount, u people's are sending mails contineouly that your issue was resolved. Without amount paid to customer how my issue cleared. I shared my account statement details also, but u people's are yelling everyday cock and bull story it's not acceptable, every day i'm wasting 1hour with u guys, u ppls are cheating customers, and your customers support people's are # they don't know anything about to clear the issue,
Check with your seller and take the debit details and share with me,
