Sir i have a personal loan from bajaj finance ltd. I have not taken my salary from last 4 months so that i am not in condition to paid last month EMI for Rs.10074 but your collection agent name Ankita said that if you are not paid your EMI along with penalty of Rs.500 i will charge double penalty from you and she is harrasing & abusing me many times after that i agree to pay my EMI along with 500Rs.
