Sunil — misconduct by toll plaza staff

Dear sir
Between muzaffarpur and darbhanga highway toll plaza guard on duty at 10.08pm on 03rd november 2018, very rude in nature and also not giving proper marks of respect even don, t know how to lalk with valuable customer.
I want the information, how your organisation deal with this type of rude staff. And what are the safety measures are there for the valuable customers by your department.

Therefore, i want the final information regarding actions taken against that staff by your organisation, otherwise i have to approach the next suitable authority
