Sunstone Eduvercity, I Am Complaining About Refund Of My College Registration Fees — Refunding of registration fees

I am student suffer from financial issues last 1 year and I also suffer from family issues, and in the middle of this I took admission in sunstone eduvercity which campus in pune is ADITYA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT, i thought that I will pay fees from loan but it's not possible that's the reason I decided to drop admission, and I already dropped my admission from sunstone campus pune because of some financial issues...
And I also told to snigdha dviwedi mam which in sunstone admission manager, she told me that I will try but after some days when I ask for feedback that time she told me that already your campus id is created and nothing is possible to cancel... But main things is that they told me before confirming admission if anything happened you can cancel your admission before classes start... I done same.. But they ignore me and force to not cancel I am already suffering from financial issues and other problems I heartly requested you to overlook into this matter and refund my registration fees🙏🏻 I register myself in 19th JULY and ask or told them to cancel admission in September 14th before starting of classes and classes start online from 22 September so please I heartly requested to you refund my registration fees
