Today's episode in yhe 'Ethir neechal' serial in Suntv portrayed wrongly that doctors start treatment for critical cases who have attempted suicide only after the attenders file a police complaint. The serial recently gained good TRP bcoz of its somewhat realistic portrayl of Indian women after marriage and the male chauvinism rampant in the society. Its appalling that a serial with such a high trp, which will inevitably watched by many families around the world would spew such misinformation.
Just know that any patient who is brought in a critical condition will first be stabilised by the doctors and treatment initiated.☝🏼 Police intimation will be given by the hospital themselves. We don't wait for police initimation to start treatment. #Stop spreading false information.
