Dear sir /mam,
This is to inform you that today i was traveling from kartarpur to PAP chownk jalandhar through your bus no PB02 CR 6084 with ticket no 00020268 Rs. 30 which was given by conductor i was paid Rs.100 that he said he do not have any change yet. He will refund Rs. 70 later on at bus stand than i again requested him for refund at PAP chownk jalandhar, but during our conversation Bus driver stop the bus and misbehave with me even he stats hit me and attampt to drop me from bus he given threat to me that "do what ever you, hum kisi complaint sae nai darte" this is totally ridiculous behavior by the Driver. kindly solve the issue otherwise i don't have any option to sue the Driver in the court or complaint to the gm of your department of punjab roadways. I need written apology letter from the Driver for misbehaving
