We received a call from a service technician on March 11, 2023 and we were told that he was calling from Eureka Forbes. We acted in good faith based on our previous trust on Eureka Forbes and made the payment of 8500/- for a 2 year AMC to the technician named Jashwanth through google pay.
It was only after the invoice was sent through Whatsapp later that we realized the company name is not Eureka Forbes but it is Sureka Forbes.
We tried calling all the numbers mentioned on the invoice but got no answer.
This was not a contract which we intended to enter into because we were under the impression that we were dealing with Eureka Forbes.
We have been scammed. Now we don't know how to get our money back. We have shared our story with our friends and acquaintances to raise awareness. Was this information helpful? | 
Also, my past experience with similar things has been favorable, last time BYJU's team only acted when I reported it in this fashion.
