I took AMC for my aquaguard from Surekaforbes for 2 year this April 2022. From last 2 month my purifier is causing a lot of trouble, however the recent problem I raised a complaint to Surekaforbes on 2nd Sept, I have been following with them since then every call they inform engineer will come in next 1 hour. Since today which is 5th of Sep their call center agent states that problem is with pump of filter which will get replace and will cost 3k with some discount. I denied for the service stating that without visiting how can you state the reason of problem that clearly inidcates that last technician who visited is already aware o[censored]pcoming problems still nothing was done. Today 5th of Sept 2022 i have made numerous call but nothing so far neither any refund been given. They are just cheating the customer Was this information helpful? |
