Surya Pratap — PAYTM Money Not refunded

I Have purchased Red Chief shoes from payTM site and paid the full amount but I have returned the shoes and it reached to the vendor. But till now I haven't received my Money back. I have mailed them several times and caleed them also. They are not responding at all. I am thinking of going to consumer court if this issue is not resolved in this week.
