A New Suzuki Access125 has been bought on 10/08/2021 from "SHAIBA SUZUKI" Suri, Birbhum, West-Bengal-731101 bearing Frame No: MB8DP12DGM8800306, Engine No: AF[protected] Registration No:WB54AA7327
The above two-wheeler found deffective within few days on the road. It gives unprecedented trouble frequently on the midway of journey.So, previously Oil Pump of the vehicle had to change and now on 29/05/2023 the fuel supply pipe found deffective, consequently, the vehicle remains breakdown 24 Hours. The Dealer has been reported the situation, like my vehicle he is also found irresponsive yielding without any positive outcome.
Now, the matter is placed before you for a satisfactory resolution. Failure also here, will pave the way for opening of Legal intervention by the appropriate authority.
