I got my access 125 serviced on 14th January 2022 from Avinash Motors Kengeri, Bangalore, Karnataka. I tried to self start yesterday evening ie 16th January 2022 but its not starting. I even tried kick start still its not working. What sort of a servicing is it. If it is battery issue then please get it replaced as it is in warranty period. Even the free servicing is not over yet.
I informed them via mail, call and WhatsApp but till now they haven't even called me back to resolve the issue.
Even after servicing, I got a message which mentioned an amount but they charged me more than that saying that system has changed in January and the amount that is mentioned in message will be different from actual amount that is charged. Why so? If that is the case where is the transparency?
Suzuki please look into it seriously as a lot of your customers are facing issues because of these type of dealers. Was this information helpful? |
