Sv Home Appliances Service Centre — Cheating customers after taking the product for servicing

Owing to a display problem in our Song Bravia LCD TV we approached SV home appliances to check the TV and service it. They out sourced it to their technician at HI tech solutions in kumaraswamy layout. Their technician jayaraj came and took the TV saying it can be fixed on 16 April 2016. Post which he called back saying it will take a couple of days to fix and r estimated cost is much higher than what he had quoted. We had asked him about a buy back option / to return the TV asap. He said he will revert back in a few days after whichh e stopped picking our calls. After multiple times of trying from different numbers he would pick the call and confirm that his technician will come in the evening the same day to return the TV... It's been more than 20 days now and we have not got any revert from the technician. Upon trying to reach SV home appliances who outsourced the job, they do not give the contract number of the store manager. They only try to conference call the technician and tell us that he will come in the evening. Overall till date we have not got the TV nor any response from the service centre or the technician. All you guys are cheaters and u take the customers for granted. I am planning to file a police complaint this week if I don't get a proper response from the service centre or if I don't get my TV by tomm.
