[Resolved]  Swagatham Resources Management — Fraud consultancy cheated thousands of job seekers

They're the modern day cannibals, , eating the blood of our's in the form of cash, , , they don't even hv any idea about engineering just recruiting engineers in the name of trainee& use them as slaves... I assure you, you can't work on the companies they providing even for 10days.. sometimes u'll only bcz o[censored]r family situation.. don't pay a single penny to them just go with ur resume to all the companies... I[censored] take a leave U've to explain for wt & hv to get permission from those people otherwise they'll deduct 1500 from ur salary to get screwed... Don't waste your money and time.. go & pay them if you've lots of cash & don't know how to spend.. moreover u can see some good reviews too bcz those ppl thr hv a format u've to put tht as review, they told thts the part of recruiting so only knw... I[censored]'ve chance contact ppl who got placed by SRM bfr u think let's go & check

Swagatham Resource Management will recruit on behalf of the client and give placements.

We have two divisions. First one is we will recruit candidate in our own roll and second one is consulting.

For fresher’s hiring we are charging from the candidates and for experience we are charging the placement fees from the company as per the Government norms.

Swagatham Resource management will charge fees after the candidates joining and satisfaction only.

In this your case you visited our office 3 times and 1 time you went to company for confirming your job position. After verified all the details and joining only you paid fees.

For the mechanical engineer fresher’s we are not providing any supervisor job entry level.

For outsourcing i.e Payroll we are charging 14 % service tax from the company and paying to the state government. We are not touching your salary part. You should have common sense before putting the complaints.

We are here to help the candidates. We are not like other consultancies (where you had bad experiences), but we do our job very sincerely and dedicated to help everyone to a maximum extent

i am a fresher searching for a job

Hey... Am a fresher who was searching a job after my b. Tech graduation... From kerala... A lot of guys are getting cheated very badly by swagatham resource management... As told in the first comment they are appointing us in a much much lower comapany... Like very very small scale industry... They will provide experiance certificates only after ""one year"" hard work... For an engineering graduate... I had lost my 10, 000 rupee... I lost my provision for complaining aganist them becacuse they asked me to sign various papers like i will be unable to complaint aganist them... The manager of srm is... Bcz... He showed me the company only after swiping my 10, 000 rupee... Am sooooooooooo sad to lose my 10, 000 that makes me this much anger... They will ask us to give our original certificate if we are onl paying them 5000 rupee its another trap... Guys pl dont fall in this trap... Surely you will get up... Dont lose ur money... From a well wisher... I could explain whats happening there... I[censored] mail me to dont lose your money... Its big scam... Kerala guys b aware... They r targeting us vvvvv badly... As we know that in engineering field.. Company is hiring the candidate without getting any payment but now a days some one cheating to the candidate which is totally apart from the company agent ..
Company never can ask for money ..but the consultancy will ask for money from the candidate because they helping to the candidate but sometimes the consultancy agent getting money but not giving place to the work .. So we have be aware to like that consultancy .
Actually i don't know this consultancy but I got the email from recruiter for the job ..
Any one can ensure me about this company that I can make my career through this company..
But we should not blame to everyone for the few cheater consultancy .. Everyone is not like this ..but my request to all the consultancy department that please don't spoil the career and future o[censored]s .. If you want money take money but give the place to work ..please

DONT GIVE UR ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES TO THIS CONSULTANCIES BECAUSE THEY ARE THE CLEAVER FRAUDS hi every one last few days ago i went to this consultancy, here is the process what there is going on. do u know their consultation fee is 5000 rupees, really u have heard correctly their consultancy fee is five thousand rupees, but they wont ask the money directly, they will ask ur 10 class and inter original certificates, i[censored] give ur certificates to them, they will show some very small factories, do u know in chennai there are a huge large factories but this consultancy will provide job in a very small factory, after giving ur certificates to them, (definitely for engineering students those jobs will not be suited), i[censored] dont like the company they provided then they wont give u ur certificates untill u give them their consultancy fee that is 5000 rupees, one of the companies they give u job is """""""""mk india auto components liited""""""""""""" for this company u hae to pay 20000 thousand rupees, but the company will give u only 6.5k every month

this consultancy is the worst consultancy than any one in the whole world, , , , , , , i think we should have to file a case on this consultancy in the court, , , , other consultancies are so good than this because they only charge a little amount as their consultancy feee

The company & room they providing doesn't have even basic needs.. U've to inform & explain them for each & everything to get a leave that's more worse knw.. Even the machines will cry to see you working there that much u've to work.. they are appointing us in a much much lower comapany... Hi guys...as my friends told, this is a fraud consultancy becouse i had experienced.
They told to me that the compony is co-supplayer of bajaj.but it is just a compony which taken contract from TIDC(co supplayer of bajaj).
The work is not suited engineer.they will treat us as a worker.we have to do all jobs like loading, unloding, packing, binding, and cleaning the sorroundings too.
We cant take a 2 mins rest also.one by one they will assighn the jobs.
Even we completed our working time(8 hrs) we cant leave compony.we should be there upto 8.30 PM by doing other jobs, which is not related to our department.they will only 33 rupees per hour for this overtime jobs ( Even ITI studens in oher compony will get 60 rupeese per hour).
While doing job if you are not feeling well they wont allow to go home or take rest.
About salary is very poor.
Basic salary -they will tell 8k(8 hrs) and you will get 7k (260 rs per day).From that they will cut 250 rs as transactions (the basic thing everybody need to understand that there wont be any charge for transactions, if there it will be 30 rs only).
I[censored] take one leave suddenly (urgently) and if you not apply for leave, they will cut 1.5k from your salary.
Special days like agust 15, october 2 (Goverment holidays) compony will give leave and overtime job will be there.but consultancy treat it as working day and they wont give overtime cash and if you take leave they will cut salary as well as attendance allowence.
They are telling they will provide food and accomondation...Never.
Food will get from compony at noon only and waste food that i have seen ever.even that also finish early.For accomodation we have to give 1250 rs per month.
Salary will get in 15th of every month and somtimes it will late than that date.
Every time we have to update our shedule times in website, also increses their rating.they will force us to do this upadation.if not they wont give salary.
I[censored] want to resgine we need to get inform it 1 month before .then also sometimes they wont give salary.
This is the ging happening inside this.
DONT CHEAT BY YOUR SELF.
JOB SITE ARE THEIR STRENGHT LIKE NOUKRI AND ALL.
TURN AWAY FROM THIS CONSULTANCY.

My name is jijo, i am working in this company from 1st august 2016. For a mechanical engineer trainee this company is sufficient . Any mechanical engineer can come to higher position through such a medium scale industry . so i don't think that, this company is cheating us. Before joining to the company, they will tell everything about the process and nature of job. So, what somebody mentioned about this company is doesn't matter for me and new engineers. I am concluding that all the positive comments are being posted by the Consultancy. Since, Bhuwanesh Nakka & Karthik Motamaari seems to be the same comment in different names. This agency has some good employees who have been well trained to cheat job seekers but they failed to execute the things they have learned in their training.
