Mr. John is saying that it's not his responsibility to give the bill to surveyor. I said to send him email but he refused and said its not my responsibility. He said you have bill then you should give that to the surveyor and not my responsibility. It's 2months and i haven't gotten my claim. I have conversations recording too. So i want to be clear for this. Please do something against this.
