Swapnex - Paytm/Swapnex Courier Not Received — Swapnex Courier Not Received

This is in reference to my Order No.[protected] placed on June 19, 2015 at 8.42am.. Product: Branded Relisales Wooden Beads car seat. I have received an email dated June 23, 2015 that the item is shipped through your Courier Patner: Swapnex Logistic with AWB/Tracking ID:[protected]. The estimated date was June 28, 2015. As on date July 5, 2015 I haven't received the courier. Neither Swapnex is able to receive my call nor they have contacted me. This is disturbing as I have enjoyed your recharge services and never had such issues when dealing with Paytm directly. This delay from your courier partner may harm your business as few of my friends and myself took a decision not to order online anything from paytm and we may only use your service for recharge. I hope you take this issue seriously with your courier partner swapnex and respond to my querries as soon as possible. Further I am Calling Swapnex customer care no[protected],[protected] but a person who is picking the phone is telling its a wrong No. I am also calling on this no. [protected] but know one is responding.
