I am Reliance Prepaid Customer with my Mobile No. [protected].
On 15th May 2015, I had unexpectedly received a SMS from you stating that Rs. 30.00 has been charged for VAS Shemaroo VP sevices.
I would like to tell you that I had not applied for the said services. I had been calling the Customer Care since last 2 days, however, even after holding the phone for as long as 35 minutes, your customer care representative had not attended my call.
Today, when I finally could get to your representative, he informed me that the said has to be informed within 24 Hours and now we are helpless and cannot do anything.
I mean, this is ridiculous, first activating any uncalled for services, charging the customer, not attending the calls for 24 hours and then informing that complaint should have been filled in 24 Hours.
I am really dissatisfied with the services being received by me. In past also, the same thing has happened with me.
However, this time I am in no mood to let you take my hard earned money so easily.
I request you to refund the entire amount within 24 hours or else I will have to take further steps and register an appeal.
