Sweat Slim Belt — Defective product

Hello,

I have seen ads on TV about sweat slim belt and ordered by phone. They given delivery next day but I seen they charged me extra cost than they showed in ads but I accepted. Later I tried to use product but no result as they shown in ads.

Later I called company few times they told me you will receive replacement in few days but no any replacement.

Please let me know how I can get refund from this fraud company.
