Sweat Slim Belt — sweat slim belt torn out in one month

I have ordered sweat slim belt on August 20, 2018 and received on August 22, 2018 I got XL and XXL size. My XXL size belt is not suitable. I wrote to them by mail but no response. I used XL size belt about one month. It was okay for one week. Its uper layer was become loose first and in one month its black layer inside belt which absorb sweat is tornout from both sides of stitchings. I tried to contect by phone and email but no joy.They are not attending phone or replying by mail.
