Swetha — I'm complaining about online transaction

I wanna transfer money to my friend in the way of tez.. But it shows that my account was inactive. The very next day i complained on my branch about this... They said your account already in activate zone... But i can't even transfer a single paisa to my beloved ones.it was an emergency situation.. Not only in tez.. Include paytm and phonepe also. I hope u clear my way
