Swetha — unblock my credit card

I have been trying to unblock my credit card for last two days but till now i have not been able to talk to the customer care executive.

I tried calling the customer care numbers:

[protected]

But no use. Even in internet banking there is no option provided to unblock the card. Can you just let me know how can i talk to the customer care?
