I have battery issue and the battery was handed over to their service center on 11/aug/2016 but till today (15/nov/2016) i have not recd. Battery.
Whenever i called them they are giving false commitment and give 10 days time to get battery but till today i have not recd. The same.
Can some one guide me that how to su them?
Withing three months i have faced two time issue with this handset.
Even frequently i am requesting them to refund the money or replace the instrument but they are not ready to do this.
It is not advisable to go with any swipe mobile and i feel that govt. Must banned such importer to sell such product. I feel that i am cheated by purchase this product. Was this information helpful? |
