Swipe Elite — Battery problem - within 7 months of purchase

I have purchased swipe elite in december 2016 from flipkart.com and battery problem started in May 2017. when contacted customer support they ask to go to service centre which is very far from where i leave ( ~30 Km). As my phone is under warranty I want a replacement for the battery. Kindly help in this regards. Apart from this I also have the various other problems mentioned by some of the elite customers mentioned in this forum. But right now I will be happy if the battery is replaced with a working one.

On 2nd June 2017(before 2 months), i bought a handset of swipe elite plus..order no-OD[protected] from flipkart. previously it was showing the heating problem..and now it is totally shout down..i have one year warranty card also..and i want refund..
I have given my swipe elite plus on 2017/07/06 in global connexion and services nirman vihar. They told me i will receive the phone with in 15 days. But its being 45 days haven't received my phone yet. What the hell is wrong with your new phone company. Give the service or else get a side from india market. Don't make us fool. Solve my issue soon.
