Maine swipe elite star 26/7/2017 ko banne ke liye diya tha jo ab tak nahi mila. Sabse pahele to call lgta nahi hai agar lag bhi jaye to ye hi bola jata hai 3-4 din me ho jayega abhi tak part aaya nahi hai. Jab part nahi aa raha hai to mobile kyu bna rahi hai company.
Mera to 2 mahina no band raha. Upar sr warranty bhi kam ho gaya.

My smartphone model is Swipe Elite Plus and purchase
last year. Now, the problem is the phone is getting power off many times automatically. I find the battery status is good
from phone information.

Please give me correct solution.

Mobile battery is failure / damage, it is not working due to this it is not charging properly.
mobile screen nevigation key not working.
mobile over heats while charging and normal operations screen.
