Swipe Elite — Product is not working second time

I have purchase Swipe Elite Plus VV19835 ("[protected]", "[protected]") INVOICE NO. FOYQ[protected] DT[protected] from flipkart.com and since then it became malfunction twice . Since purchasing it was not going well .first time I repair it from service center and now from April it again malfunction when I was out from Lucknow. I am fed up with this mobile. Take it back and give the new model which will work . I have lost the data
