I have bought this phone 4 months back.My swipe elite plus has not been working. I have visited authorised service centre. For last 4 days my phone is with them. When I have called them they told me phone is repaired and I can collect it. But when I have reached there centre after traveling for an hour they told me that phone is not yet repaired and they will call me up in evening to give the status of the phone. They don't care about the problems customer suffer for reaching there service centre. I really got frustrated by there behaviour. Was this information helpful? |
