Swipe Telecom — battery and screen

Battery damaged and resulted in screen crack. It was damaged on 6/2/2017.
Swipe service center refused to attend. Secondly, swipe failed to register complaint.
It was bought from shopclues. It registerd complaintno.5237537 on 6/2/2018
But, no action. They provided wrong service center also.
Complaint was done first time on 16/3/2018.
No response yet.
