Swipe Telecom — Customer care center won't revert back phone.

I have facing softer issue in my mobile phone and its only 5 months old.Then its handover to costumer care center at 7/3/2016.But still they dont give us any kind of feedback and told me every time that we have send your phone to company, when they give us back then we will proceed.
So sir please make a suitable action against these kind of misbehavior.
Costumer complain center name is cosmos communication (swp277).
