Swipe Telecom — Illegal device message

I purchased a Swipe Make Tablet on 6th August 2020 from Amazon .
On 16th November i got a message on screen that " this device is illegal, please visit to service center and return it ". I went to the service center but they said we are not aware of it and they did not support in this case . Then i went to Repair shop, they formatted all data and software and when they tried to upload new software, it is not accepting . This machine had a warranty of 1 year, it is still in Warranty and Swipe is neither taking call nor service center is supporting .
