I have purchased swipe elite plus on october 2016. Hardly it was with me only for few (2 to 3) months. Most of the time it was with the servicing centre. The complaint is the hand set hanging. On[protected] i gave to authorise service in vizag for repair till now i did not get that phone or the date when they are going to give me. I called the customer care and also send the mails for which i did not get the replies. Please suggest me how to proceed
