I have purchase a swipe mobile phone Swipe 12.7 cm (5inch) 13 MP Dragon Trail Android Phone - Konnect Plus, amount Rs.4999/- from homeshop 18 vide TV advertise in between June to july 2016.The phone is now out of order/in damage condition, not opening, not charging, not responding. So kindly replace my phone with higher snap dragon processor phone like Rs.5999/- phone please.I will pay the difference.My phone no. [protected].

My swipe elite mobile is warranty period and login case on 21-3-17 and submit my mobile to repairing center. The Time duration of Repair mobile is 2 months and during this period no standby.

Take action such type of mobile company..
